e-mail confirmation. A second e-mail will notify you once your order has been
shipped.

Shipping options
TheVanillashop.ca provides you with several choices for shipping your items
so that you may choose a service that meets your individual requirements.
Click the delivery method for your item and the charges will
be added to your bill.
Shipping costs mirror rates as listed on the Fedex, UPS and
Canada Post rate-tables.
Shipping charges will be adjusted for orders including multiple
items.
Changing
shipping information
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please
notify us immediately at info@thevanillashop.ca
If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make the necessary changes.
However, if we already shipped the package, only shipment by Fedex or UPS can
be re-routed. Extra fee will be charged to your credit card for this change.
Damaged items
All products are properly packaged before they leave our location. If you receive
a shipment containing damaged items, please retain package and call Fedex, UPS
or your post office to file a claim for reimbursement.
International
shipping
We ship worldwide. Upon delivery of your package, it may be necessary for you
to pay duty, taxes and brokerage fees. Once a package leaves our location theVanillashop.ca
is no longer responsible for any duties, resulting from restrictions that government
may have towards the package.
Canceling order
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped, please
notify us at info@thevanillashop.ca
and you will receive a refund. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel
your order.
Return/Refund
Only sealed merchandise will be considered. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking.
Please notify us within 7 days by e-mail at info@thevanillashop.ca
of your desire to return an item. We will e-mail shipping instructions and a
return authorization number.
When a Return Authorization number is issued, we must receive
the item within 15 days. The return item must be with original packaging intact
with a copy of the return authorization. Shipping charges must be prepaid.
Once the item arrived, a refund will be issued to the credit
card used to place the order. The refund will appear on your bank statement.
There will be no refund on shipping charges. Items returned without a Return
authorization number will be refused and returned back to sender.
