(Shrimps or crab meat may be substitute for lobsters)

Mayonnaise
4 tablespoon
Vanilla Canola Oil
2 tablespoon
Vanilla Wine Vinegar
1/2 tablespoon
Vanilla Sugar
1/4 tablespoon
Salt
Remove lobsters flesh from shell. Cut potatoes, red, green pepper and lobsters in cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place the mixture in the lobsters shells.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make 4 servings.
